During the assessment PCC discovered that the backup systems for the server were inadequate. PCC was able to implement a robust backup solution consisting of both an image-based backup to hard drive as well as offsite storage of critical data. This was all achieved at a very low cost to the business and allows for quick recovery in the event of a disaster.

PCC was also able to merge data, programs, and settings from two older computers to a brand new laptop. This allows the business owner to have access to email and critical data when he is outside the office.
